The PocTell Blood Gas Analyzer by Innochek Biotech is a cutting-edge point-of-care testing solution that brings laboratory-level blood gas analysis to the bedside, ICU, emergency room, theatre, and beyond. Using microfluidic electrochemical technology, it condenses the full analytical capability of a laboratory onto a single test cartridge, measuring 10 direct parameters — including pH, pCO₂, pO₂, K⁺, Na⁺, Cl⁻, iCa²⁺, Glucose, Lactate, and Hct — and calculating an additional 24 derived parameters, for a total of 34 results per test. With no pre-heating required, the entire calibration and testing process completes in just 3 minutes from a minimum sample of just 150µl.

The maintenance-free design eliminates fluidic pathways entirely, and cartridges can be stored at room temperature for up to 8 months. The device's built-in lithium battery supports over 24 hours of standby and 60+ consecutive tests per charge, making it truly field-ready.
